Chat requests are made through a hosted UI and correspond to a Session ID. The workflow seeks to analyze user intent, maintain the context of the exchange, and query internal knowledge bases – including documents, FAQs, and operational guidelines. If no internal data is available, an optional external lookup may be performed. An organized RAG pipeline produces grounded prompts, and the AI engine offers correct answers while maintaining session continuity.
The memory of conversations saved for every employee enables follow-up and multi-turn conversations with context. The workflow is also responsible for routing, formatting responses, and delivering clean output to the front-end interface in real-time.
